I know what you're probably thinking, "Another health, food, fitness blog  (really is that necassary)"  But hear me out before you click away.
Food, excersising, and diets is constantly being talked about in our society but, I believe in a negative way. I want to continue this topic but have a more positive, encouraging discussion about it.


Let's Talk Food First!
Before you can even think about working out you have to give your body what it needs. Fueling it with super foods is a great way to start. The next few posts are going to be which foods to fuel your body with before we even consider talking excercise.

    I'm not sure whether this first page is your about page, or a first post, launch page. Perhaps it would be better as an "about it" page.

    Also, "click on the link" is clunky. Why not learn how to actually hyperlink text. So that you need not use that old method. Also, don't underline. Instead, use the headings style. (Should you need help, I'll happily meet you before or after class to discuss.)
